Whiten your teeth with strawberries

Loaded with nutrients like enzymes, minerals, natural vitamins and other wholesome goodness, organic strawberries go great with anything – even your teeth! Strawberries pack an awesome dose of malic acid which is a natural astringent for removing discoloration for brighter smiles. Who’d a thunk it? Eat something bright-red that stains every other thing and whiten your teeth. Just make sure that your strawberries are organic and pesticide-free as strawberries are one of the highest pesticide-poisoned foods out there. I even wash my fresh organic strawberries in a solution of water, vinegar and hydrogen peroxide to remove the settlement dust and chemicals – like those particles left from contrails and maybe overspray from other nearby non-organic farmers.

And keep those pearly whites healthy!
