What is a lipoma?

A lipoma is a slow-developing growth of fat usually forming beneath the skin and above the muscle. Lipomas move easily with light finger pressure and feel doughy to the touch. Lipomas are not cancerous and are usually harmless, but some deposits can become painful as they continue to grow. If these conditions occur, it may be necessary to have a lipoma removed. Make a diet change by eliminating processed foods and artificial sweeteners while eating whole, organic foods for effectively eliminating lipomas. Oral supplements that help alongside the diet changes are sage, turmeric, chickweed and thuja occidentalis. Of course, maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle in the first place will prevent the further onset of lipomas.

A lipoma is a symptom of bad diet and unhealthy lifestyle.
