After surviving a nuclear or chemical attack or event, the kidneys are the first organs distressed and damaged from chemical, uranium and radiation exposure. Military guidelines suggest doses of sodium bicarbonate to help alkalinize the kidneys and body when this happens. In technical terms, sodium bicarbonate renders the uranyl ion less kidney-toxic while promoting excretion of the bound and now inert uranium-carbonate or other toxic complexes.

So strong is the sodium bicarbonate to uranium affinity that common Baking Soda cleans soil contaminated with uranium by binding with uranium and separating it from the dirt.

Baking Soda for cancer treatment: Baking Soda – AKA: Sodium bicarbonate – is an excellent natural chemotherapy agent. Baking Soda literally dissolves some tumors on contact. Baking Soda brings higher oxygen levels directly into the cells of the body which spells doom for oxygen-sensitive tumors. Baking Soda also increases alkalinity to the cells and most cancers cannot survive alkaline conditions.

Baking Soda cures kidney disease: Baking Soda is the most basic and most effective medicine for treating kidney disease ever. Patients on long-term dialysis with kidney failure have had kidneys miraculously start functioning to the point where dialysis was no longer needed soon after starting a Baking Soda regimen. Recent research at the Royal London Hospital also shows that Baking Soda dramatically slows the progress of chronic kidney disease.

Baking Soda fights chronic acid reflux: Hydrochloric acid (HCL) is made in the stomach lining. The stomach takes sodium chloride (salt) and breaks it down into HCL and sodium bicarbonate. The first part – HCL – sterilizes food, ionizes minerals and breaks down proteins in the stomach. The second part – sodium bicarbonate – enters the blood to circulate through the body and flush acids out of the connective tissues. When there is not enough sodium bicarbonate in the body, the stomach has to produce more HCL to make more sodium bicarbonate, resulting in overproduction of stomach acid. Since HCL and sodium bicarbonate are both made from sodium chloride, processed-demineralized table salt and the infamous low-salt diet actually drive the body into acidosis.

Make your own home remedy antacid by mixing half a teaspoon of baking soda in four ounces of water to ease heartburn and stomach distress.

Some of the many uses for Baking Soda: This cheap and highly effective household product works for baking, cleaning, treating acid indigestion and reflux, bee stings, asthma, cancer and kidney disease. For personal care Baking Soda works as a toxin-free deodorant and toothpaste. It also works as a small fire extinguisher for fires that might erupt on the stove or barbecue grill and can be used to put out flames without contaminating the food. Sprinkle Baking Soda inside shoes and boots to help neutralize odors. Slugs in your garden? Kill them with a small sprinkle of non-poisonous Baking Soda!

Make your own aluminum-free, non-toxic, all-natural underarm deodorant by mixing 1tsp Baking Soda with 1/2pint of warm organic coconut oil. Put in a few drops of your favorite essential oil and/or several lemon drops for aroma. Shake well every few minutes until coconut oils gels. Apply sparingly to underarms as needed.
