Slowly the tummy turns…

As we age, the digestive system slowly deteriorates until many people experience things like celiac disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic bloating, food allergies and food sensitivities. What happens though is that a vast majority of people take their digestive issues and go through a never-ending cycle of doctor visits and drugs and some even revert to surgery. A lot of this damage to our systems is self-inflicted and preventable. What often destroys our digestion is common culprits including GMO foods, pesticides, processed refined foods, food additives, food preservative chemicals, antibiotics, medications, vaccinations, fungus, alcohol, lack of exercise and other things. Did I mention that this is preventable? The best time to seek  your health is while you still have it.

It's not what our tummies are doing to us - its what we are doing to our tummies!
