Shotcut to health?

Sorry peeps, there is NO shortcut to optimal health… Your health starts with proper digestion of nutrient dense, non-GMO foods. Normal dietary fats contain carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. These fats are chemically soluble in the laboratory with ether, chloroform and benzene. Your body uses enzymes known as lipases, found primarily in the pancreatic and intestinal secretions, to break down fats. Bile salts from the liver also help emulsify fatty acids to make them absorbable. As you age, your enzyme production grows weaker. You should add in some digestive enzymes to your daily regimens to help out.
