Nuts for nuts!

Nuts are simply loaded with nutrients, such as unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, fiber and so much more! The wholesome goodness of nuts can confer cardio-protective, anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties to the one who eats them. Scientific studies show that nut consumption has beneficial effects on blood cholesterol, inflammation, and insulin resistance, coronary heart disease, cancer, respiratory disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus. The frequency of nut consumption is even inversely associated with total mortality rates from any cause according to the New England Journal of Medicine. People who eat nuts daily have a 20% decrease in mortality risk.
