GMO food for thought

GMO crops dominated production last year with sugar beets making up 95% of US beet crops. GMO soy hammered 94% of US soybean crops, canola at 90%, cotton 90% and corn 88%. The scary part is that these numbers increase steadily every year. GMO foods are constructed using biotechnology techniques such as, genetic splicing and microinjection of viral and bacterial carriers to create plant varieties that could never occur naturally. These mad food scientists can even inject genes of completely unrelated species into food producing plants. These “Frankenfoods” are scientifically proven to consistently cause disease, cancer and death in plants, insects, animals and humans. The only way to hopefully avoid these killer foods is by buying foods with an organic label, growing your own food and/or avoiding any suspect food species entirely. Just a little food for thought…
