Gluten free fights breast cancer!

Who wants to be gluten-free? A recent medical study found that reducing carbohydrate intake can reduce the risk of breast cancer recurrence. Wheat, barley and rye are some of the worst carbohydrates that have strong associations between obesity, diabetes, and even cancer risk. These receptors are supposed to be active in growing children but not-so-much in adults. A Harvard study way back in 1999 found the association between carbohydrates and high levels of IGF that significantly increase the risks of colorectal, breast, and prostate cancer – but no one was listening then… Want to take that call now?
