Enzymes for digestion

If your diet consists primarily of cooked foods then you will need to take an enzyme supplement. There are a number of good enzyme supplements available at the health food store that will relieve common digestive problems like gas and bloating, heartburn, constipation and belching. Increasing your enzyme intake with supplements can improve absorption of the precious nutrients from the foods you eat. Eating more fresh raw foods is the best answer to keep your enzyme stores at a healthy level, but a little extra insurance of taking a high-quality enzyme supplement is a generally smart move.

It’s all about the digestion!
