Cell phone brain cancer

How attached to your cell phone are you? Til death do you part? The more you live with a cell phone on your ear – the higher risk you have of earning an old-fashioned case of brain cancer. If you use a cell phone for more than 15 hours a month for five years, you can triple the risk of developing glioma and meningioma tumors compared to people who rarely used cell phones. Most studies are done by the cell phone industry and are naturally bent to help sell more phones – not discourage their use. University studies say otherwise, finding a higher risk among those who used their phone extensively. A study published in the journal Occupational and Environmental Medicine, is the latest long-running study of cell-phone safety, finding that cell phone induced cancer mostly occurs on the opposite side of the brain of where the phone was customarily used. Once again, man does not die, he kills himself.

Now that's a cell phone habit!
