Building an immune system

Over 80% of the human immune system is built in the ecosystem of bacteria found in the intestines. The more we are subjected to strong antibiotics, processed/sterilized foods, chemical preservatives, GMO foods, chemicals in the air and water, contaminated and weak soil, household chemicals, poisonous amalgam tooth fillings and other things like these, the more and more damaged our gut bacteria – thus our immune systems – suffers devastation. The solution to our dilemma is to rebuild our intestinal flora before it is too late. Nutrient dense food, probiotic supplements, body detoxifying, and in general becoming as green and crunchy as possible is where it’s at!

Crunchy is as crunchy does.

Crunchy is as crunchy does.
