Pass the salt!

Journal of General Internal Medicine: Stats show that people who eat the least salt suffer from the highest rates of death as a result of heart disease. The patients in the study who ate the least salt were 80 PERCENT more likely to die from cardiac issues than those who consumed the MOST salt. Salt is NOT the key factor in the development of high blood pressure and hypertension. The real problem here is the bleached, devitalized, nutrient free junk you buy at the grocers or eat in processed food. Make mine Himalayan Sea Salt please!

    Thank you for publishing the truth about real salt and adulterated junk.
    I only use Himalayan Salt, the good stuff with all the beneficial minerals.
